  2. Results based Group sessions; Primal performance will never teach more than 4 people in a group session so everyone can have the very best level of attention during the session.

Results Based Training is small group training sessions coached by our experienced Primal performance team.

It is a comprehensive range of training sessions that will help you lose fat, increase strength, improve cardio fitness and help you feel confident about training and performing gym techniques. Each session is undertaken by one of the Primal performance coaching team, with the focus of a specific aspect of fitness and technique, so you develop the skills that fast track results. Unlike other general and standard circuit type classes where exercises are thrown together, the Primal sessions are structured and planned for all ability, fitness and skill levels.
